Flavours of Asia Lunch Buffet

Fancy some hearty Asian buffet? The culinary team at the Flavours at Zhongshan Park has crafted out a medley of Asian Flavours to wet the palates of our diners. The menu includes our all- time favourites such as Nonya Laksa, Tom Yam Seafood Soup, Fried Rice with Tobiko, Hong Kong style Roasted Pork and Char Siew… and many more.

The weekend buffet lunch takes the Asian buffet to a whole new level with the fresh seafood on ice counter offering fresh doses of oysters, and wok-fried seafood station serving sizzling hot prawns, snapper and crabs awaits! Drizzle with your own choice of chef's signature sauce, such as salted egg yolk, black pepper or Singapore chili sauce. With such sumptuous fares lined up to be devoured, it gets pretty hard to resist!

Flavours of the World - à la carte Dinner

The refreshed dining concept introduces a brand new a la carte dinner menu offering Local, Asian and Western favourites. The new menu is carefully crafted by Chef Terence, together with our Executive Sous Chef, Aw Yong Kin, who is the main advisor for the Asian selection.

 

Savour Chef Terence's take on western signatures with a sophisticated touch. Star items on the new menu include the Pan Roasted Angus Filet Rossini, served with asparagus, new herb roasted potato in madeira truffle sauce. Another dish not to be missed will be Duo of Duck, confit leg and pan seared foie gras, creamy polenta mushroom fricassee and fruit compote. As for the Asian selection, we recommend the Baked Cod Fish with Barbecue Sauce topped with luxurious amount of egg white and the Stewed Prawn with Crystal Vermicelli which are some of the restaurant's signature dishes. Home-made Deep- Fried Prawn Roll and Chicken Masala are two of the new items in the local selection.
