Flavours of the World - à la carte Dinner
The refreshed dining concept will introduce a brand new a la carte dinner menu offering Local, Asian and Western favourites. The new menu is carefully crafted by Chef Terence, together with our Executive Sous Chef, Aw Yong Kin, who is the main advisor for the Asian selection. The popular Asian lunch buffet will remain as our daily lunch offering.
Savour Chef Terence's take on western signatures with a sophisticated touch. Star items on the new menu include the Pan Roasted Angus Filet Rossini, served with asparagus, new herb roasted potato in madeira truffle sauce. Another dish not to be missed will be Duo of Duck, confit leg and pan seared foie gras, creamy polenta mushroom fricassee and fruit compote. Quote from Chef Terence: "Ingredients are carefully chosen to ensure our patrons will have a satisfied tummy after their meals. High quality cuts of meat like USDA Angus beef for our Pan Roasted Angus Filet Rossini and our Duck Confit is specially imported from France." As for the Asian selection, we recommend the Baked Cod Fish with Barbecue Sauce topped with luxurious amount of egg white and the Stewed Prawn with Crystal Vermicelli which are some of the restaurant's signature dishes. Home-made Deep- Fried Prawn Roll and Chicken Masala are two of the new items in the local selection.
